To stop any future bookings coming from your website onto
your Spa Booking Agenda, the simplest and quickest way is to do this is to go
into Spa->Settings->Staff. Select the member of Staff/Therapist and
modify their Assignment and disable the check box for “Available Online”.
Remember to do this for all Staff
To stop any bookings coming from your website or 3rd party bookings agent we recommend to set your Non Internet Times. To do this go
into your Concept Tee Sheet, select Online on the top Menu Bar and define
your "Non Internet Times" for entire day and then copy this
configuration out by selecting “Copy” and defining a period you wish. Please
remember to use the option for “Delete previous configurations" so as to
make sure your configuration is applied correctly
Database Server Shutdown
Some operations may choose to shut down their servers during
this period. Generally we do not recommend to shutdown any Concept servers, but
if this is a requirement we would recommend IT to contact our support
desk directly so that a Support agent can assist you with this process
